Business Network Communications (BNC) Ltd is a Hp and Microsoft Network Systems reseller as well as one of Irelands leading resellers of SAGE Accounting solutions. Established in 1995 we have offices based in Naas (HQ) and Finglas respectively. They are both strategically located close to all major traffic routes. It affords us a significant advantage with respect to coverage in the Leinster area. We are a System Solutions provider with a broad and diverse range of clientele ranging from Medical and Industrial right up to the legal profession. We are HP and Microsoft technically certified.

Our Accounting Systems Division is one of SAGE Ireland’s leading providers of the SAGE 50 Accounts package and its Retail Point of Sale system. In addition we provide and implement SAGE 200 for the larger and more demanding accounting environment. SAGE 50 now comes with integrated Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software to enable companies effectively manage the interactions with their customers and suppliers.

Our mission statement is to provide the best and most cost efficient service and support to our clientele. We are constantly pushing the boundaries and exploring new ways to provide our services. To achieve this, we employ experienced and certified systems engineers. We expect and receive high standards from them and openly encourage lateral thinking and diversification amongst them. We listen carefully to what they say on behalf of you and others and are always willing to change the way we do things in order to improve upon our quality of service.

We provide consultancy, installation and maintenance solutions specifically tailored to your requirements. Our product portfolio includes structured cabling, active components, hardware and software, security, off-site backup, resilience and disaster recovery. We host a significant portion of our customer’s email and websites and in the last year have become a Mitel certified provider of IP-Telephony solutions.

Due to the ever evolving nature of the IT industry, we recognised that there has been a massive change in what would have traditionally and typically been seen as a “Break, fix” industry. Companies no longer want (or can afford to experience) downtime in the event of the failure within their IT infrastructure. As the term suggests, something has to go wrong before we are made aware of it. It is only then that the clock starts ticking and we deal with it under the terms of your contract. Most businesses can no longer afford to work this way. As a direct result of this change we have now added “Managed Services” via Kaseya to our range of service offerings.

Our managed service allows us to remotely monitor networks and peripherals and perform regimented tasks that would normally require the input of an IT person. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, it acts as an advance warning system i.e. we know what is going to happen before it actually happens. We can then action it accordingly.

In the immediate, short and long term it offers a far more efficient and affordable service and allows us more time and resources to enhance and perfect the service that we deliver.
